Wealthsimple Launchpad is a new program for recent high school grads looking to kickstart their career. It’s a 12-month paid internship where you’ll rotate through different teams, work on meaningful projects, and learn how a fast-growing tech company operates, up close and personal.

Eligibility
✔ You’re a recent high school graduate
✔ Legally eligible to work in Canada
✔ Available to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
✔ Able to work from our Toronto HQ 3–4 days a week

No resume required. We believe your story and potential matter more than credentials, so we won’t be reviewing resumes as part of the selection process.
