Wealthsimple Launchpad is a new program for recent high school grads looking to kickstart their career. It’s a 12-month paid internship where you’ll rotate through different teams, work on meaningful projects, and learn how a fast-growing tech company operates, up close and personal.

Eligibility

✔ You’re a recent high school graduate

✔ Legally eligible to work in Canada

✔ Available to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday)

✔ Able to work from our Toronto HQ 3–4 days a week

What We Need From You🫵

No resume required. We believe your story and potential matter more than credentials, so we won’t be reviewing resumes as part of the selection process.

Submit three short videos (each 1 minute max.) answering the following:

1. What are you most curious to learn, and why do you want to join Wealthsimple?

2. Tell us about something you’ve built, solved, or figured out on your own - what did you learn from it?

3. If you could make one thing at Wealthsimple better (a product, a process, an idea), what would it be and why?
