Summary of Position
We are seeking a Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst II to join our Technology Portfolio & Financial Operations team. Based in Argentina, this remote role will support our U.S. operations, helping manage and optimize the software portfolio across Teladoc’s technology landscape. This role plays a key part in driving visibility, cost optimization, and data-driven decision-making by leveraging tools such as Apptio, Power BI, and Microsoft Lists.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own and maintain the technology software portfolio inventory using Apptio, Microsoft Lists, and other internal systems.
Develop and automate reports and dashboards in Power BI to track software utilization, renewals, license consumption, and cost trends.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on software spend, contract terms, and business needs.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights into software-related costs and usage trends.
Assist in managing vendor relationships and tracking renewals to avoid cost leakage and contract risk.
Validate and reconcile data across multiple platforms (e.g., Apptio, ERP, contract management systems).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of TBM practices and processes to drive greater transparency and accountability.
Support internal TBM communications and training across the technology organization.

Qualifications Expected
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT financial management, TBM, software asset management, or a related role.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working with remote U.S.-based teams and navigating cross-functional environments.
Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Qualifications Preferred
Strong working knowledge of Apptio (Core TBM, Cost Transparency, or Cloudability preferred)
TBM or Apptio certifications.
Familiarity with ITIL, FinOps, or software lifecycle management frameworks.
Experience working in a healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environment.
