As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive our recruitment strategy with a strong focus on hiring top-tier Tech and Product talent. Youβll act as a true strategic partner β not just a recruiter β working closely with technical teams and leadership to attract the best talent in the market.

πΌ Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles (Developers, Engineers, Product Managers, Data Specialists, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and refine job needs
- Proactively source talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and niche tech communities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: screening, interviews, coordination, and offers
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support employer branding efforts within the tech ecosystem
- Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize sourcing and hiring channels
π§© What Weβre Looking For:- 3β5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in technical recruitment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (HR, Tech Leads, Executives)
- Proficiency in modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, boolean search, etc.)
- Solid understanding of technical roles and the tech talent landscape
- Proactive, analytical, highly organized, and results-driven
- Fluency in English.
- French is a Plus!
