PMO and Business Intel Specialist

We seek a PMO Specialist with strong Business Intelligence (BI) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) skills to support and enhance our PMO. You'll provide data-driven insights, optimize project performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• PMO Support: Assist in PMO processes, methodologies, and project documentation. Support project managers on planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Business Intelligence & Data Analysis: Analyze project data for trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend PMO process improvements. Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in project management or a PMO.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
