Client Experience Manager Overview:
As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Enterprise Sales team to deliver a top-tier post-sale experience for our largest builder clients. Your focus will be on campaign performance, builder engagement, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead live campaign status calls, quarterly business reviews, and in-market meetings, while driving education on process, product, and performance insights. You’ll own onboarding, manage technical and creative support issues, and work cross-functionally to resolve problems and drive optimizations. Strong communication, organization, and a client-first mindset are key.

What Success Looks Like:

  • 30 Days: Complete onboarding, connect with peers, understand org structure, tools, SOPs, and transition materials.

  • 60 Days: Gain product fluency, navigate internal tools, deepen industry and partner knowledge, and build collaboration with Sales.

  • 90 Days: Fully ramped, delivering performance insights, establishing QBRs and product education cadence, and driving measurable book growth.

  • 6 Months: You’ll be the go-to expert on your book—understanding builder goals, anticipating needs, and consistently delivering on partnership metrics like meeting cadence, campaign performance, and CSAT—while helping drive revenue growth across the platform.
