Job Title: UGC Video Editor
Location: Remote
Work Shift: PST - Washington
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

Weβre looking for a creative, trend-savvy UGC Video Editor whoβs passionate about e-commerce, UGC-style content, and the power of short-form video. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping performance ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and pitch weekly TikTok ad concepts tailored for e-commerce audiences
- Use TikTok Creative Suite to produce high-performing, trend-aware short-form videos
- Remix and edit UGC or affiliate content into native-feeling, platform-optimized ads
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for weekly performance testing cycles
- Monitor ad performance and iterate creative based on data and feedback
- Collaborate closely with internal team on feedback loops, campaign goals, and brand consistency
- Maintain a high-output pipeline of video content that aligns with trends and marketing goals
- Attend weekly creative meetings to analyze and share results and adjust strategy accordingly
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram Reels (portfolio or samples required)
- Proficiency in using:
- TikTok Creative Suite
- Video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
- Strong grasp of TikTok trends, formats, and hooks that drive performance
- Experience with TikTok Shop and/or UGC-style content creation is strongly preferred
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or working with digital-first brands is a plus
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating across teams
- Consistent, detail-oriented execution with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Strong communication skills and openness to creative feedback
