We’re looking for bilingual (Tagalog/English) speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a short-term outreach campaign. You’ll be reaching out to up to 3,500 customers in the Philippines for a quick 10–15 minute call to collect key information using a secure, form-based system (no raw data export).
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers in the Philippines
- Conduct short, structured conversations to gather specific information
- Enter responses directly into a secure form-based system
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data collected
- Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with a variety of customers
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data entry
- Able to follow structured processes and handle information securely
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the campaign
