Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on high-volume cold calling to book qualified meetings for our sales team. You’ll work full-time on U.S. East Coast hours, calling into prospects across medical and home services, and logging activity in HubSpot. Sequences, talk tracks, and playbooks are provided — your superpower is live conversations and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cold-call–only outreach blocks using Orum/Nooks to maximize live connects.
  • Qualify prospects against our ICP and disqualify poor-fit segments efficiently.
  • Book and calendarize sales meetings; ensure smooth handoff and context for AEs/founder.
  • Maintain accurate, timely updates in HubSpot (notes, activities, stages).
  • Build lists from our templates and augment with net-new accounts/contacts via Apollo/Clay.
  • Use our scripts and playbook; contribute call feedback to improve talk tracks.

  • Hands-on with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and power dialers (Orum/Nooks)
  • East Coast availability; full-time capacity
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Proven cold-calling experience booking meetings in a B2B setting
