A Culture Associate oversees the strategic planning of all company engagements, drives a positive culture and experience within the organization, and promotes the Fundamentals of Back Room. They play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace into a thriving environment where every employee, regardless of work arrangement or employment status, feels valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best at work. By focusing on employee experience, they contribute to increased employee satisfaction, improved retention, and ultimately, enhanced organizational success.
Daily activities include:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive culture strategy aligned with the Company fundamentals. This includes the preparation of an annual plan, and the execution of monthly activities, and budget proposal.
- Design and deliver engaging employee programs and events that promote well-being, recognition, teambuilding, collaboration, and motivation.
- As part of the initiative to build and maintain a good company culture, the Culture Associate will be responsible for the overall onboarding stage of new employees in the Company.
- Lead and oversee the different initiatives to drive employee engagement and culture. This includes supervising all employee engagement programs, activities, and events of the Culture Committee.
- Liaise and coordinating with Camps and Camp Counselors in activities, events, plans for the camps, corporate social responsibilities, and budgets.
- Collaborate with all the members of the Culture Committee. Set meetings and communicate expectations for each member of the committee. Monitor progress of projects and ensure that target dates are met.
- Ensure that there is diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in all aspects.
- Manage the employee engagement platform of the organization. Ensure regular posting to attract traction and engagement from employees. It also includes moderating the system.
- Conduct regular assessments in relation to Company culture. Gathering feedback and measuring progress towards goals.
- Clearly communicate the fundamentals through various projects and ensure that the Company, the employees, and the Clients are aligned.
- Promote employee wellbeing by planning initiatives related to mental and physical health, worklife balance, and personal development. This includes planning webinars, seminars, and events related to this aspect, and collaborating with appropriate people and agencies within the organization and outside.
- Manage the Back Room Dollars, the Company currency used within the organization. Plan events, activities, and gimmicks for its utilization.
- Manage the crediting of electronic gift credits from various platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices that will help continuously improve the strategies and plans in line with culture building.
