About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to support the operations and growth of a founder-led creative business. This is a highly dynamic and client-facing role—perfect for someone who can think beyond tasks, organize chaos into clarity, and contribute to strategic execution.

You’ll help manage internal and client projects, optimize workflows, and act as a trusted thought partner to the founder. If you're tech-savvy, marketing-literate, detail-oriented, high-performing, and excited about working in a fast-moving, creative environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Client Management

  • Act as a liaison between the founder and clients: attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups happen on time
  • Manage task flow, deadlines, and status updates using PM tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana)
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Ads, SEO, Social, Web) to align on timelines and deliverables
  • Proactively identify blockers and propose solutions for workflow improvements
  • Track the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns and creative projects

Marketing & Creative Operations

  • Support the execution of marketing plans, content calendars, and deliverables across platforms
  • Draft and review marketing copy (social posts, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMB posts) for tone, clarity, and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate social media scheduling and content review (Meta, Buffer, etc.)
  • Monitor basic campaign performance and collaborate with specialists to ensure alignment
  • Generate reports and analyze campaign data using Meta or Google Analytics to provide insights and recommendations.

Admin & EA Support

  • Provide inbox management, calendar coordination, scheduling, and basic admin support
  • Set up systems for documentation, meeting notes, and automation (e.g., AI note-taking tools)
  • Maintain team communication, file organization, and internal SOP tracking
  • Occasionally assist with hiring freelancers, onboarding new team members, or sourcing vendors and platforms
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or digital marketing coordination
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content scheduling platforms
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills; excellent grammar and tone control
  • Stellar communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented; able to think ahead and manage up
  • Must be available during US hours (11:30 AM–6:30 PM CST)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting a founder or small agency
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, a social media scheduling platform, and Adobe Products is a plus.
  • Experience using client management platforms, Slack, or AI automation tools
