Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Tax Associate to assist with the preparation of simple tax returns for individuals, trusts, S-corporations, and C-corporations. The role covers both federal and state tax filings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their U.S. tax experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare simple tax returns for individuals, trusts, S-corps, and C-corps
- Handle both federal and state tax filings
- Use Axcess and CCH ProSystem software to complete tax work accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members for any clarifications or updates
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of U.S. tax concepts (individual, trust, and corporate)
- Experience or training in Axcess and CCH ProSystem preferred
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply
