Draft Annual Accounts (farming, commercial, companies, partnerships, sole
traders, trusts, estates)
- Prepare Accounts for General Drafting
- Cross Reference all Balance Sheet items using the CCH workpapers.
- Cross Reference all material P & L items using the CCH workpapers.
- Reconcile Bank
- Reconcile GST & Tax
- Reconcile Livestock tallies as required
- Include all relevant Interest/Dividend Certificates cross referenced
- Reconcile Depreciation Schedule with Annual Accounts
- Liaise with Clients with general drafting queries as required
- Phone/Mail/Email on behalf of clients to source further information to assist in
drafting accounts
- Prepare Draft Letter for Clients
- Meet with Clients on various matters as required
- Follow up Draft Letter queries to assist in Finalising Accounts and make
appointments when required
- Prepare Draft Tax Returns
- Coding Bank Statements/Cashbooks etc
- Attend relevant Seminars/Courses/Webinars as required during the year
- Attend Staff Training when required during the year
- Finalise Annual Accounts as required
- Process GST 2 Mthly/6 Mthly returns as required
- General Accounting/Office Matters as they arise
