Job Title: Generalist – ISO Compliance and Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote

Work Shift: EST Timezone

Working Hours: 16–20 hours/week, flexible by month; UK Timezone (9–5 PM)

Job Description:


We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Generalist to support our growing operations in both ISO compliance and sales development. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys switching between structured documentation tasks and fast-paced sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update ISO 27001 certification documents and related materials
  • Assist in audit preparation and internal documentation reviews
  • Support Account Executives and SDRs with persona-based research, especially in the UK market
  • Enrich and maintain data sheets to improve outreach accuracy
  • Build and refine contact lists using tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator
  • Identify and research automation tools to streamline internal processes
  • Provide recommendations for improving team efficiency and workflows
  • Contribute to onboarding processes for new team members
  • Assist with reporting, basic data analysis, and internal communications
  • Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Excel, Lusha, and ISO documentation tools for research, data management, and compliance tracking; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Exposure to ISO standards or compliance documentation is a strong plus
  • Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with precision
