Job Title: Generalist – ISO Compliance and Sales Development Representative

Working Hours: 16–20 hours/week, flexible by month; UK Timezone (9–5 PM)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Generalist to support our growing operations in both ISO compliance and sales development. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys switching between structured documentation tasks and fast-paced sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update ISO 27001 certification documents and related materials
- Assist in audit preparation and internal documentation reviews
- Support Account Executives and SDRs with persona-based research, especially in the UK market
- Enrich and maintain data sheets to improve outreach accuracy
- Build and refine contact lists using tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator
- Identify and research automation tools to streamline internal processes
- Provide recommendations for improving team efficiency and workflows
- Contribute to onboarding processes for new team members
- Assist with reporting, basic data analysis, and internal communications
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Excel, Lusha, and ISO documentation tools for research, data management, and compliance tracking; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Exposure to ISO standards or compliance documentation is a strong plus
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with precision
