Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Klaviyo to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, has exceptional written English and communication skills, and brings a strong understanding of email marketing strategy, data analytics, and technical integrations.
In addition to leading our high-volume email marketing efforts, you’ll collaborate with our commerce platform partner, LineUp, to optimize and enhance the existing Klaviyo integration—ensuring it better supports our marketing goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo—from strategy and segmentation to design, execution, and post-send analysis.
- Maintain and continuously improve a busy email calendar, supporting product launches, promotions, automations, and newsletters.
- Build, test, and optimize advanced flows, A/B experiments, and triggered campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and development teams to ensure emails are visually compelling, on-brand, and data-informed.
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Work directly with LineUp to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of their Klaviyo integration, helping translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Provide clear documentation, communication, and feedback to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Proven experience managing a high-frequency email marketing schedule in an e-commerce or DTC setting.
- Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and conversion optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Excellent written English and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with or managing third-party platform integrations (e.g., Klaviyo + commerce platforms like LineUp).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

- Basic HTML/CSS for email customization
