As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies for our clients, ensuring that each project resonates with its target audience and aligns with their goals. You will take the lead in crafting brand narratives and guiding the creative team to bring those strategies to life across multiple platforms. This role requires both strategic thinking and creative vision, with a strong focus on driving results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies for campaigns that align with client objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
- Work closely with Account Directors, designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute integrated, high-impact creative solutions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire fresh, innovative ideas.
- Create and present creative briefs that outline the strategic direction, goals, and deliverables for each project.
- Use data and insights to guide creative decisions and refine strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform creative strategies.
- Ensure the creative work aligns with client expectations and business objectives, from concept to execution.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of creative campaigns, providing feedback and recommending adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients, ensuring open communication and a collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, branding, or a related creative role, preferably in a creative agency.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to develop and execute creative strategies for diverse clients.
- Deep understanding of branding, target audience behavior, and industry trends.
- Experience leading creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve campaign success.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Knowledge of creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
