1. Medical and First Aid Services
- Provide immediate medical attention and first aid treatment to employees in case of illness or injury in the workplace.
- Maintain and manage the clinic, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and availability of medical supplies and equipment.
2. Health Monitoring and Assessment
- Conduct regular health assessments, such as checking vital signs, blood pressure, and physical condition of employees.
- Assist in pre-employment, annual physical exam, and return-to-work medical examinations.
3. Health Education and Promotion
- Organize and participate in wellness programs, such as health seminars.
- Promote healthy lifestyle practices and habits within the company.
4. Telemedicine and Virtual Consultations
- Facilitate telehealth consultations for employees working from home (WFH).
5. Medical Certificate Validation
- Review and validate submitted medical certificates or fit-to-work clearances, ensuring authenticity and completeness.
6. Assistance During Medical Consultation
- Assist the company physician during medical consultations, check-ups, and treatments conducted in the workplace.
- Provide follow-up support and relay medical instructions to employees as advised by the doctor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Must be a registered nurse with an updated PRC card.
- With or without experience.
- Newly passed Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.
